Who are we? Consents Online Limited, trading as 'consents.online', is a company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 10904754, whose registered office is at 2 Minton Place, Victoria Road, Bicester, Oxfordshire OX26 6QB ("consents.online" or "we" or "our").] consents.online ( Website) is operated by consents.online.
What these terms cover . These terms and conditions govern the relationship between consents.online (us) and you in relation to accessing the online portal provided by us via our Website (Service). These are the terms and conditions on which you must comply with when viewing and accessing the Service.
Why you should read them . Please read these Terms carefully before you register for an account with consents.online or use the Service. These Terms tell you who we are, details of the Services and how we will provide the Service to you, details of how you and we may cancel the Services, what to do if there is a problem, and other important information. If you think that there is a mistake in these Terms please contact us.

How we may contact you . If we have to contact you we will do so by writing to you at the email address you provided to us on registration for an account to access the consents.online portal.
2. When and how these terms apply.
2.1 You may be required to allow your chosen lender to undertake certain checks to assess your credit status when for the purposes of assessing your application for credit. The consents.online portal allows you to control how data from your online bank accounts (Bank Account) is used by your chosen lender. Using our service you are able to link your Bank Account to an account you set up on our online portal which will allow you to tell us how you want to control the access rights to your Bank Account data. For example, you will be able to tell us the:
(a) reasons for disclosing your data to a third party;
(b) type of access granted and for how long i.e. whether this is unlimited, until a specific date, or is on one off basis only; and
(c) frequency of access to your information i.e. whether this is restricted to daily or weekly access.
If your data needs to be used by your chosen lender for the purpose of assessing your credit status then Yodlee and/or your Bank, will need access to this data.
3. Creating an account on the consents.online portal.
3.1 To gain access to the consents.onlineportal you will have to create an account with consents.online (Account) on the Website. The Account is for use by the named person only. When you register for an Account, we ask you to provide certain information about yourself that is true, accurate, and up to date. Should any of your registration information change, please log into your account, go to "Manage" and make the required changes.
3.2 We have the right to disable your Account or withdraw or suspend your access to the Service at any time if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms. We will contact you to tell you we are suspending your access to the Account and Service.
4. Password and Security
4.1 On registration you will select a username and password and supply an email address. You must keep your password secure and must not disclose it to or share it with anyone. You are responsible for keeping your account details safe and secure.
4.2 You will be responsible for all activities and content uploaded onto your 'Profile' which is accessed by using your password. If you know or suspect that someone else has your password, you should go to "Manage" and change it yourself and if this is not possible please contact us.
4.3 We reserve the right to change your password if we believe that it is no longer secure.
4.4 If you forget your password please click the "Forgot Password?" link where you will be able to reset your password if you satisfy our security check.
5. How will we use your information?
5.1 Where you provide third parties with your Internet Banking Credentials, you accept that the following process will be undertaken to access, use and retrieve your Transaction Data:
(a) We will arrange for the transfer of your Internet Banking Credentials to either Yodlee or to your Bank. At no point will consents.onlineprocess or store your Internet Banking Credentials. We will only pass your Internet Banking Details onto Yodlee or your Bank using an encrypted and secure method of transmission
(b) Your Bank, or Yodlee if your Bank does not provide direct access to your Transaction Data, will collate and send the Transaction Data to consents.online;
(c) consents.onlinewill analyse the Transaction Data and will separate out your transactions into different categories and set out the amount you spend within each category. It will also set out the credits and debits from your account(s) over the same period;
(d) consents.onlinewill then present your Transaction Data in a more readily accessible format to your chosen lender;
(e) depending on your instructions your chosen lender may be able to:
· view and monitor your Bank Account and the balance on your Bank Account on either a single look up one-off basis or on a recurring basis;
· copy Transaction Data from your Bank Account from time to time;
· store the copied Transaction Data on their own servers or the servers of consents.online or Yodlee; and
· use your Transaction Data in making decisions on lending and collecting money from you where you have agreed for your chosen lender or collector to be able to review your Transaction Data on a recurring basis, but not where you have only agreed to a single look at your Transaction Data.
5.2 We will not make payments or transfer funds to third parties or otherwise operate any other functionality on your Bank Account. Our access, the access of your chosen lender as instructed by you and the access of your Bank or Yodlee will be limited to the process set out in clause 5.1 and will be in accordance with your instructions.
5.3 You acknowledge and accept that your internet banking provider may not endorse or sponsor consents.onlineor Yodlee or any of their or our associates or business partners. You also accept that neither consents.onlinenor Yodlee can be responsible for your bank's terms and conditions and whether or not you comply with them as a customer.
5.4 You acknowledge and accept that your chosen lender who receives your Transaction Data via this Service may use the Transaction Data to make decisions to lend to you and collect repayments from you.
6. Our responsibility to you
6.1 You accept that neither we nor our partners will have any responsibility to you resulting from whether or not a decision is made by your chosen lender to provide you with credit, the timing of providing you with credit, the amount of credit provided or if we are otherwise unable to deliver the Service or perform our obligations under these terms and conditions due to:
(a) The failure of any machine, data processing system or transmission link; or
(b) Any period of essential maintenance, critical change, repair, alteration to our failure of computer systems; or
(c) Any industrial dispute; or
(d) Anything outside our reasonable control or that of our agents or sub-contractors.
6.3 Except to the extent that we are liable to you under these terms and conditions, you agree to indemnify us against any third party claims that are directly caused by:
(a) Our and our partners use of your Transaction Data; or
(b) Any breach by you of these terms and conditions; or
(c) Your use of our service or your use of any credit provided by us.
6.4 We only supply the Service for domestic and private use. If you use the Service for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
7.3 By using the Service, you consent to such processing and you agree that all data provided by you is accurate.
7.4 We will not pass your Internet Banking Credentials to any third parties without your instruction. Unless we state otherwise in these terms and conditions, where we refer to sharing information with third parties, we are not referring to sharing your Internet Banking Credentials or raw Transaction Data.
7.5 All data that we or our agents hold on you including the Transaction Data may be disclosed by us or our agents when legally required to do so at the request of government authorities conducting an investigation; we also use it to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing our website and applicable laws or to protect against misuse or unauthorised use of our website.
8.1 You can cancel access to your Account and stop the Service at any time by logging onto the account and deleting the account.
8.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your online profile account at any time for business, operational, regulatory, legal or other reasons. We do not guarantee to continue to make your Account available.
9 . Other terms that may apply to you
9.1 There may be other terms that apply to you when you use the Service.
9.2 We may make changes to the terms. We may amend these Terms at any time by amending this page. We may notify you by email if significant changes are made, but please check this page from time to time as any changes will be binding on you if you continue to use the Service.
9.3 We may make changes to the Service. We may update the Service from time to time and may change any of the content that is uploaded by us at any time. However, we are under no obligation to update the Service and we do not guarantee that the Service, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions.
9.4 Availability of the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge that the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available basis". We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict availability of all or any part of the Service at any time for routine maintenance, release of upgrades to the Service, or at our reasonable discretion. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.
9.5 We are not responsible for other websites the Service links to Where the Service contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. Such links should not be interpreted as approval by us of those linked websites or information you may obtain from them. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources. You will need to make your own independent judgement about whether to use any such independent sites.
9.6 Viruses. We do not guarantee that the Service will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access the Service. You should use your own virus protection software. You must not misuse the Service by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, the server on which the Service is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Service. You must not attack the Service via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
9.7 Nobody else has any rights under these terms. This agreement is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its Terms. Neither of us will need to get the agreement of any other person in order to end the contract or make any changes to these Terms.
